Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges will be issued or accepted under any circumstances unless documentation is provided by carrier to prove your items were not received by the carrier for shipment. Once we process and ship orders we are no longer liable or responsible for the contents in the package.

Third party package protection is available for purchase during checkout. If for any reason your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reach out via contact information you provided during checkout. We will hold your items for up to 7 days awaiting a response with an updated address.

Anything received after the allotted time will be no longer available. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom jewelry under any circumstances. Once a deposit is paid production begins and we cannot make any changes or alterations.
